Objectives are: (1) to assess the adaptability of situational leadership to various management scenarios, (2) to analyze its impact on team performance and morale, and (3) to identify key situational leadership practices that enhance management effectiveness. A survey design is chosen for its ability to provide quantitative insights from numerous respondents. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The study focuses on the banking sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where flexibility in leadership is critical. The reliability coefficient score is 0.86, indicating consistent results.
